The Esrimap_prop file and other Servlet Connector files are copied to your Web server's servlet directory during the installation of ArcIMS and the configuration of your Web server/servlet engine for use with ArcIMS. If you choose to edit Esrimap_prop, remember to modify the version contained in your Web server's servlet directory.
The following is a list of common Web server/servlet engine combinations and their servlet directory locations.
