Data Frame Tools toolbar buttons and their functions

Button	Name	Function
	Rotate Data Frame	Allows you to interactively rotate the data frame
	Clear Rotation	Sets the data frame's rotation to zero
	Create Viewer Window	Opens a viewer window in a box you drag
