Saving, exporting, and loading animations
An animation that is created in a map, scene, or globe can be saved in two ways:
- The ArcMap, ArcScene, or ArcGlobe document (.mxd, .sxd, or .3dd) can be saved.
- The animation can be saved to an independent .ama, .asa, or .aga file.

The animation can be exported to two video formats:
- Audio Video Interleaved (.avi)
- QuickTime (.mov) file

A saved animation can be loaded into an appropriate document (map, scene, or globe).
