If you are working with an ArcView license, you will not be able to create a MOLE feature class. This is because MOLE feature classes are custom ArcGIS objects, and the ArcView level of licensing prohibits creation of custom ArcGIS objects (or custom object feature classes).
You can, however, use a blank single-user database provided with MOLE to create a MOLE geodatabase and paste existing MOLE feature classes into it. You can rename, copy, and delete feature classes within the database you create. For instructions, see chapter 3 of the Installing and Getting Started with Defense Solutions guide.
