GDA94, No Shift Required

The differences between GDA94 and WGS84 are small. Further, a generally accepted means of converting between GDA94 and WGS84 is unknown to the authors of the coordinate conversion system. This technique acts only as a placeholder that will eventually perform the conversion from GDA94 to WGS84 when an appropriate technique for performing this conversion is located.
