NZGD2K, No Shift Required

At the current time, the differences between NZGD2K and WGS84 are small. Further, a generally accepted means of converting between NZGD2K and WGS84 is unknown to the authors of the coordinate conversion system. This technique currently does nothing. It acts only as a placeholder that will eventually perform the conversion from NZGD2K to WGS84 when an appropriate technique for performing this conversion is located.
