PARM1

Latitude, in degrees, of the first standard parallel, usually the northernmost.

PARM2

Latitude, in degrees, of the second standard parallel, usually the southernmost. This parameter is sometimes set to the same value as PARM1 to obtain a conic with a single point of tangency, that is, a single standard parallel.

ORG_LNG

The longitude, in degrees, of the origin of the projection.

ORG_LAT

The latitude, in degrees, of the origin of the projection.

MAP_SCL

Used only when defining a coordinate system that is to produce measurements on a scaled paper map. This value is the scale of the map, e.g., 100,000. Normally, this value is set to 1.0.

X_OFF

The false easting to be applied to all X coordinates, usually se­lected to cause all X coordinates within the coordinate system to be positive values of reasonable size.

Y_OFF

The false northing to be applied to all Y coordinates.
