Now that you’ve copied the building features into the Buildings layer of your geodatabase, you need to orient the features to fit the parcel subdivision into which you’ll move them.

The Rotate tool on the Editor toolbar lets you rotate a selected feature (or group of features) by dragging on the map, or by specifying a rotation angle. Press the A key and type an angle to rotate by a specific amount.
