Once the map is prepared with reference data, a table of addresses, and an address locator has been selected, there are two more steps to put the addresses in to a point feature class.
The first is to specify a location and name for the output point features. The second is to run the geocoding process and, optionally, review and interactively match the unmatched results.
In this example most of the addresses were matched, so the latter step is skipped.
