The Label for a toolbox is shown in the ArcToolbox window. You'll change the label of this toolbox from "Toolbox" to "My_Management_Tools" so it will be easier to find.

To do so, right-click the toolbox and click Properties. Change the label to My_Management_Tools (you can type this, or copy it from the toolbox name field). Click OK.

Now you’ll create a shortcut to your My_Management_Tools toolbox in the ArcToolbox window. The toolbox shortcut will point to your My_Management_Tools toolbox stored inside your Habitat_Analysis geodatabase on disk. To do so, right-click your My_Management_Tools toolbox and click Add to ArcToolbox.
