You can now delete the shapefiles you copied locally to your GP_Tutorial folder as they are not needed for the rest of this tutorial.

In the ArcCatalog tree, click the connection to the tutorial data, which is your GP_Tutorial folder. In the Contents tab, click each shapefile; press Ctrl to select more than one item.

Right-click the selection and click Delete.
