Selected nodes can be automatically aligned horizontally, vertically, or by angle using the Align Nodes tool.

Click the Select Schematic Elements button and click a node to be used as the origin node. Hold down the Shift key and click a second node to be aligned horizontally with the first one. Click the Schematic Editor drop-down arrow, point to Align Nodes, then click Align Horizontally.

You can use the Undo tool to reverse the action.
