You can visually separate partially overlapping links with the Geo - Partial Overlapping Links algorithm.

Zoom in on an area that contains secondary lines and primary lines that are partially overlapped.

Click the Select Schematic Elements tool and select a subset from these overlapping links.

Click the Layout Task drop-down arrow, click Geo - Partial Overlapping Links, click then the Layout Algorithm Properties button to modify its default properties.

Type "65" for the Buffer width paramater and "35" for the Offset. Click OK.

Click the Select Schematic Elements tool and cancel the schematic element selections by clicking the schematic diagram background.

Click Undo and Redo to see the difference.
