Introduction

This section provides an overview of how you can take advantage of Geocoding and Routing Files (GRF), also known as Locations files. The GRF file allows you to extend StreetMap functionality beyond the ArcPad environment—for instance, enabling you to generate GRF files outside of ArcPad and sending this GRF file containing stops and a route to a fieldworker using ArcPad.
