You can mark crossings in a schematic.

Click the Schematic Editor drop-down arrow and click Mark Crossing.

You can also increase the size of the crossing marker symbol.

Click the Schematic Editor drop-down arrow and click Editing Properties. Click the Mark Crossings tab and increase the Crossing symbol size value. Click OK.

You can uncheck the Mark Crossings menu to remove the crossing marks.
