You can separate overlapping links in a schematic.

Click the Layout Task list and click Separate Overlapping Links.

Click the Layout Algorithm Properties button to open the Schematic Layout Algorithm Properties dialog box. Type "1" for the Offset between links parameter. Click OK.

The overlapped links are separated.
