You’ll first create a new toolbox to hold the models you will create in this exercise and the next one.

The default location for new toolboxes created in the ArcToolbox window is generally \Documents and Settings\yourlogin\Application Data\ESRI\ArcToolbox\MyToolboxes. You’ll change this path to be your Spatial\Results folder.

You can see the disk location where a toolbox is stored by right-clicking the toolbox, clicking properties to open the toolbox properties dialog box, and clicking the General tab.
